At J&M Jewelry we stand behind our products and our quality.  We offer a 100% lifetime product warranty guarantee against all manufacturers defects on all of our jewelry products for as long as you own it. If you suspect there is a defect in your product please contact us with the specific details about your concerns.   Anything related to an error in the manufacturing of the jewelry we will happily correct free of charge. 

Restrictions to our warranty include but are not limited to theft, loss, damage caused by general wear and tear or damage caused by blunt force, and lost or missing gemstones and diamonds.  All service and repairs must be performed by one of our partnered service centers.  Any work performed by another jeweler or jewelry store that is not a preferred service center of J&M Jewelry will void this warranty. Having your valuable items insured is the safest way to ensure your jewelry is protected in the event something tragic occurs.
